Prairie Romance

You don't have to live in the west to be a Tattered Rose customer but it DOES help because that's where our store is located....in Edmonton, Alberta. Home of the cowboy/cowgirl? Not as much as people who don't live here might believe, except maybe in Calgary during the Calgary Stampede.

The western influence in fashion comes and goes but the the Cowgirl-on-the Prairies idea can still be seen in glimpses at Tattered Rose because that is where the idea for our shop began.....lost amongst the western duds of our western store named "Way Out West".

The first version of Tattered Rose, an off-shoot of Way Out West, opened in 1999 at the Forks Market in Winnipeg. Through the years, we have evolved into the version you see today....an eclectic mix of old & new; western & urban; romantic & sleek.

We've come a long way........oh yeah!
