We love our customers!
It was a great day today....just busy
enough to still be able to provide personal service with a tranquil
environment and wonderful music playing in the background.
One of
our customers who bought her wedding dress from us in Winnipeg 10 years
ago found us here in Edmonton. She needed a dress for a special event
and found us by googling "gowns & dresses in Edmonton" or something
like that. Today when she came in, the first dress she tried on was the
one and she left very happy....and so
was I....not only because we had a perfect gown waiting for her but also
because she never really forgot about Tattered Rose, even after all
these years!
Then a new
customer found us because she was looking for Sympli the Best clothing.
She also left very happy with her new additions to her wardrobe and I was
so happy to meet her and her man, who waited in our "husband chair"
while she tried things on. What a nice couple.
We also had one of
our special and most lovely customers drop by to say hi. She happened
to find a few items of clothing she needed in her wardrobe. too.
It is such a good feeling to know that our customers are so loyal. We
sure do appreciate each and every one of you and welcome impromptu
visits.

For one month we tried being open until 5:00 pm on Thursdays. It was an experiment that didn't work out as well as we had hoped so we are going back to the hours we have maintained for years in Edmonton.
However, if you are ever able to make it in by 4:00 or if you need us to stay a bit later and call ahead, we will always try our best to accommodate your retail shopping needs.
By the way....thank you so much to our wonderful & loyal customers. We really DO appreciate you!

But if you look closely, you will see a lot of very modern, sleek, urban style clothing too.
A nice mix, if you ask us. We're women...we can have a different mood for every day of the week so why shouldn't our clothing match?
